We are over the moon with the work done by Kerry and the team. A great bunch of guys who have transformed our family home. They advised us on any areas we weren’t sure of and completed the work to a great standard. If I’m honest it’s better than I imagined but that’s partly because the wife wouldn’t let me put forward any of my ideas! Thanks so much guys, I cannot recommend you highly enough.

KSW have built an extension and fitted out a new Kitchen for us as well as changing the front of our house. To begin with it meant building a new external wall, roofing that new space back to the house, then knocking out what was the existing kitchen/house wall to open up the extended area. Then there was plastering, plumbing and electrics, the fitting of the kitchen units as well as re-modelling an existing Utility room. Makes it sound easy doesn’t it, but perhaps I forgot to mention the RSJs that had to be installed - one of which was close to half a tonne and almost 6.5 metres long. Not for the feint-hearted this building business and so we were really glad that KSW where on the case. A sloped roof replacing the previous flat monstrosity gives, we think, our house much more "kerb-appeal". We had frequent “Morning prayers” when Kerry was able to up-date us on progress and expectations, answer questions, offer advice, kept us abreast of costs as some inevitably rose but others dropped, proposed subtle changes and with the blokes he employs ran what we considered to be a well-managed ship. His Carpenter is so much more than that and a real craftsman in producing first rate work. Kerry also has a young chap as an apprentice who is happy to learn and accept responsibility. Additionally, the sub-contractors we met did excellent work in our house, were a pleasure to meet and all in all we’re very happy with the end result - so much so that in return for a couple of Blueberry Muffins on his expense account, we’d be happy to show prospective clients around.
